Indian Head Massage or Champissage has been an important part of Indian culture for centuries. It uses techniques that focus on treatment of the head, neck, face and shoulders.

Because we hold so much tension and stress in the head and shoulder areas an effective Indian Head Massage is a wonderful treatment to dispell stress and relieve muscle tension.

Regular treatments can leave you feeling calmer and more relaxed. They help to condition the muscles and improve suppleness. Stiff necks, sore shoulders and headaches all contribute to increasing tiredness and many clients find that when you eliminate or reduce these problems their energy levels also increase.

Indian Head Massage is of great benefit to office workers who sit for prolonged periods at a time, long distance drivers or anyone suffering from high levels of stress that are causing headaches, insomnia, stiff neck or shoulder pain.

During treatment the client sits in a chair with a towel around the upper body. The upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face are treated using specific massage techniques.
